For me, cooking is about pouring my passion into the food i serve. It's about creating an experience that people remember long after the meal is over. My strategy in the kitchen is starting with quality ingredients and preparing them well.
Experience
Chef Trevor, is a native of Georgetown South Carolina and a Graduate of The International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach at Horry Georgetown Technical College. He has had the pleasure to work as Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Food & Beverage Director in a few of the area's hotels and restaurants, including Aramark at Coastal Carolina University, Pawleys Island Grill & Deli, Dunes Village Resort, Vacation Myrtle Beach Resorts, Charleston Harbor Resort, Marina & Fish House, New England Restaurants, and Charlotte Area Restaurants, learning from and influencing anyone he meets. He started Empyrean Entrees in 2014 and constantly works to evolve and innovate low country fusion cuisine. Chef has won awards from The Art Institutes and has been a featured chef in the Good Catch Dinners, and Trio Dinners.
