Alternative Take on Classically Delicious

I love to try new recipes from all kinds of cuisines around the world. I'm quite proficeint in both savory and pastry areas. I enjoy challenging myself by throwing dinners at home, testing out new dishes I hear about.

I have worked for the past two years as a cook at the well known west loop restaurant Girl and the Goat. And before then I was at an upscale dinner place in the surburbs called The Tinfish. I studied Culinary Arts at Chicago's Robert Morris University. Also at home I cook a wide, ever expanding menu for myself, my vegetarian roommate, vegan friends and one very picky five year old daughter.
