Soul food is my best. Seafood and Italian lean cuisine. I have multiple styles & different techniques.

At nine years old, I used to watch my grandmother in the kitchen and eat her wonderful food and due to how it made me feel inside, I learned that this was what I wanted to do. I wanted to cook and spark that same feeling in other people. I learned how to cook from the soul and heart. With so much passion, love & care, there is not a day that goes by that I do think about cooking. I create lots of different foods that my folks and everyone else who has tried my work, of art in a dish, have loved. I've been cooking for 29 years now and each year I get better. I love what I do and I am just ready to share my passion with the world .
