My cooking style is straight forward, meat and potatoes, comfort food all the way..love cooking with seafood, lamb, and all vegetables.. Food that isn't easily thrown together is my specialty..

My experience starts with my grandmother; cooking southern style biscuits and gravy.. Meanders into a garden, spending a great deal of time with my mother, canning, preserving and helping roll out egg noodles for homemade chicken noodle soup.. My stepfather owned a restaurant on the east coast and I worked under him.. I guess you could say I've been born to be passionate about cooking.
