Cooking style
I'm not going to label my cooking style because I am absolutely open to cooking anything, but I do have favorites such as mexican, italian and cajun/creole.
Experience
I started as a bus boy and worked my way up to kitchen manager at a local Italian restaurant. I then from there went to culinary school at the Art Institute of St. Louis. I have worked at Ravanelli's, Mia Sorella, Porter's Steakhouse and am now currently a sous chef at Social Gastropub.
