As a personal trainer, my clients always ask me what to eat to healthy so that inspired me to become a chef to help my community on enjoying delicious food without the guilt. I attended the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City 2015. My career has been filled with teaching cooking classes from ages 2-99 years old along with preparing meals for clients.
