I love to experiment. I like throwing things in a pot and seeing how they turn out. Most of the time it's great! I love trying new cuisines I have never cooked before. I am classically trained in Italian.

Started in the industry in 2003. I worked as a cook at a catering company till 2008 while I went to culinary school. In 2007 I worked for two patina restaurants in down town Disney. I have worked for many large and small restaurants over the years and two high end golf clubs. I currently am an executive chef for a catering company.
