My favorite style of cooking is modern American food. Cooking with a lot of bright rich flavors. I also enjoy cooking Spanish and traditional Italian cuisine.

I have been working in the restaurant industry for a year. I have experience doing canapé partys, weddings, 100+ person parties as well as regular dinner and lunch service. The restaurant I am currently working at participates in the NYC restaurant week.
