I prefer to get an idea, search multiple recipes and then make a dish that is one of a kind. Using my knowledge in how food tastes and cooks together I can make dishes that are unique and delicious.

I have an Associate's degree from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Colorado in The Applied Sciences of Baking and Pastry. I have worked in a restaurant as a paste your assistant and in a bakery as a Chef.
