Is there even another option?!

I have always loved that latin beat in my cooking. I am very organized and focused when completing a cooking task. I put a lot of thought into what I am going to do for the client. I don't think that you will find a chef that is more clean than myself. I love what I do and I think that when cooking you should always have fun and enjoy your time in the kitchen.

I have been cooking in restaurants for all of five years. Currently, I am attending culinary school to strengthen my skills as a Chef. For work, I am at a newer, lively place in the heart of Chicago's west loop! I have also worked closely with many hispanic cooks and chefs, so I also speak pretty good Spanish.
