i believe that all foods can be paired together if done correctly, so i take a very transcontinental approach to my dishes. i love the idea of making a stir fry strombolli, or a smoked brisket lasagna.

i've been working in professional kitchens for almost 10 years now and have also worked as a personal chef for Montie House Cooperative in East Lansing, Michigan. i've worked in a lot of different cuisines as well, including American, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, Irish, and Brew Pub.
