Experience
I am a Johnson & Wales culinary grad with an integrative nutrition certification. I am currently working as a personal chef and recreational chef instructor. I have also taught classes with Sur La Table and Le Gourmet Factory. I have been in the industry for five years, and have been teaching and personal cheffing for more than two. My experience also includes baking and cake decorating at Magnolia Bakery, as well as cooking in multiple stations on the line in a Walt Disney World signature restaurant.
