I love the American classics, French techniques. I do work with a Chef (my husband Steven Wills! ) for special events if you are in search of savory food with your sweets. I may be available for cookie decorating parties if you would like to reach out to schedule. You will see some of my recipes if you look at the dishes under my menus. Fees are adjusted based on size of order, boxing needs, delivery, specialty ingredients, etc.
Experience
I have been working in pastry kitchens for 10 years. While many people enter the service industry at some point in their lives, you only stay in the kitchen if you love it! I trained in Baking and Pastry at Kendall College in Chicago, since then I have been lucky enough to work all over! Restaurants, cafe's, catering, casino banquets, mass production, serving-I love variety, and I love a job where I can bake EVERY THING from scratch.
