I describe my cooking style a Nu-American. I aim to make cuisines influenced by my restaurant experiences and influenced by food I dined on as a child; styles include Caribbean, Cajun, Italian, and French, and much more.

As your personal chef, my aim is to provide a 5 star restaurant experience right in your very own home. Whether it be a candle lit dinner or a family gathering we aim to make the experience as grandeur as bringing families back to the dinner table once again.
