As a classically trained chef I focus on the use of regional, seasonal, and, when available, organic ingredients. I feel that preparing dishes with minimal manipulation allows the character of the ingredients to shine.

Since 1996 my true joy comes from being a private chef and sharing my passion for food with others. I enjoy preparing dishes from scratch with only the freshest and finest of ingredients.
