I have a strong background in modern american with a reflection from my deep Carolina roots. I love playing around with southern classics with new style appeal, food should be more than delicious, it should make you happy. I have a broad spectrum of global cuisine and a passion for bringing something new to the plate.

I've been working in kitchens the last 12 years and have held positions from head chef to pastry. I've worked under many fine chefs and ditched culinary school in exchange for real kitchen experience. I love people and always strive to be a different heart than most of your high intensity chefs.
