I am classically trained but have found that cooking the way my mother and grandmother taught me works best for me. I call it classically southern.

I have spent the last 10 years working in as many kitchens as I could. I worked in award winning Italian, Chinese and barbecue restaurants. I have also spent a lot of time working in kitchens that are very health conscious.
