My style is a mix of American, BBQ, Southeast Asian and Central Mexican. I've worked in a variety of restaurants and I know how to combine foods to bring out the best flavors possible.

I started out as a dishwasher and worked my way up to lead line cook then I bounced around from restaurant to restaurant learning from some of the best chefs in town. I have a deep passion for cooking. I love when it's busy at a restaurant, that's when I work my best.
