Cooking style
My specialty is preparing creative dishes and meals using the highest quality ingredients combining flavors that are authentic and delicious. I support local growers and producers that engage in organic and sustainable agricultural practices. I tend to combine many different ethnic cuisine styles depending on the overall menu and ingredients that are in season. I can provide cooking classes, sushi lessons, wine pairings, bartending, specialty cakes (not wedding), grocery shopping and stocking.
Experience
I've been working as a Private Chef on the island of Kaui since 2003. Before that, I worked for a catering business and as the manager of David’s Table Whole Foods Restaurant in Florida. I have and am currently working with several high end clients including celebrities, entertainers, business people, families, etc. I am ServSafe certified.
