Experience
I made my start at the Blue Hill at stone barns restaurant in Pocantico hills, NY where I learned the essentials of farm to table and really appreciating the ingredients. I've work ed in multiple Michelin star restaurants in New York City and I studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I curentally work in Laguna Beach, CA at the 5 star resort Montage Laguna Beach where I am a Sous Chef.
