For the last 12 years Aaron has been the executive chef for some of the best kosher caterers in Israel and Florida. Aaron was born in Denver Colorado in 1972, and two years later his family moved to Israel to live in a small village – kibbutz. Growing up on the kibbutz, close to the crops and live cattle, Aaron fell in love with fresh seasonal and high quality products, this is his passion till now when cooks as a professional chef. After graduating from high school Aaron served in the Israeli army as a tank commander for four years. Aaron decided to turn his old love for food into a profession and graduated from TADMOR hotel management and culinary school. Aaron started his career as a young chef in NY where he worked in high end restaurants as cello and gramercy tavern. Aaron then moved back to Israel and became the chef of lychee, shkedim, braf and tiltan – gourmet catering companies in Israel. In between Aaron established a family – he is married and has two kids. He also successfully graduated a pastry chef course and a master chef course from the Israeli ministry of trade. Recently Aaron moved back to Florida with his family and started his own private chef and catering.
