My desire is for my food to bring joy and excitement to any occasion. I enjoy using fresh ingredients to optimize flavors. I specialize in recreating favorite dishes with healthier ingredients. I'm more than happy to teach the art of cooking to an individual or group if desired.

Having grown up in the restaurant industry, I have over 30 years of experience serving the public. I have serviced events including weddings, private dinners, business meetings, and reunions. I also service meal prep clients. My restaurant experience has included a fine dining restaurant and event venue as well as buffet restaurants.
