I like to refer to my cooking style as Man Cooking. Fine home cooked meals from the soul of a man's kitchen with a unique presentation that many think only a woman's touch can provide. I like to provide and cook meals that bring back memories of your childhood, family gatherings; you know; grandma's kitchen with a chef's spin on it. ?

I have been cooking for 10+ years. I have an abundance of experience in as little as personal/private quaint dinners, personal and private events such as birthday parties and wedding's; all the way to major events that have fed hundreds of people. No job to small or to large.
