I have a wide variety of cuisines I enjoy preparing. I grow my own (large) vegetable garden that inspires most of our home-cooked meals for the year. I enjoy cook from a Farm to Table approach sourcing local fresh ingredients and allow those foods to inspire what cuisine it will profile. I have a vast knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions as well. Drop off meals and in home cooking available. Are you interested in meal and snack boxes for the week?

Graduated College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Culinary Arts and Systems. I have worked in a variety of food service settings from Ala Carte Restaurants, Country Club, College Dinning Commons, Sports and Entertainment Venue, offsite caterings such as weddings, festivals and fairs.
