Cooking style
My favorite style is Creole cuisine heavily influenced by African, Seychelloise, and Indian culture. I am highly efficient in Italian cooking and just about everything that comes out of the ocean.
Experience
I have worked in every aspect of the restaurant industry, from fast food to fine-dine, from buffet style to plated six course meals, and from the USA to the Seychelles islands off the East coast of Africa. I received a Culinary Arts degree in 2006 and have since grown in tune with my catering side.
