Cooking style
I like to cook many things. I prefer to do everything that I can make by a scratch or homemade cooking method. I feel that food is at its best when it is made this way. I like to use fats in a necessary way and not overuse them. I prefer to use butter, even though it is more expensive I feel that it is a pure form of fat and an excellent fat that has great flavor. I also like to use olive oil which adds flavor and health benefits. I will use what is necessary to achieve the best flavor, health benefits and use fats sparingly. I am certainly an advocate of nutrition. It is very important to me to provide menus that are tailored to each client. I believe that customizing food to the needs of each client provides the most overall benefits to that individual, couple or family.
Experience
I am a Chef and a Certified Culinarian with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA with honors. My experiences include courses in Nutrition and Cuisines across the World. These have provided me with an open mind and experience to cook in many kinds of ways and cultures.
