I cook with big bold favors. My goal is to leave each person that eats my food with a mind blowing experience. Playing with the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, sour and salt to create a harmonious flavor bomb.

I have a wide range of experience with influences in Mexican, Italian, Japanese executed with French classical technique. Currently I am the Corporate Executive chef of a fast casual restaurant that has three locations in Manhattan.
