With a foundation education in classic European fare, an in-depth working knowledge of modern American tasting menus, and a deep admonition for East Asian flavors/techniques/traditions my personal chef style can really run the gamut. My cooking attempts to strike the intersection of classic and contemporary. I love to explore the “5-tastes” balancing act; to play with contrasting elements of a dish through textures, colors, flavors, and even temperatures. Lastly, I am devoted to sourcing ingredients responsibly and ethically, and being fully transparent with my customers as to where the products come from, as well as how it was raised, grown, or produced.
