Ethnic fusion focused on solid flavor and efficiency. I love the primal cooking with wood fire. I create delicate sauces, and I love changing mindsets.

I love to see where people are at in their journey. What food do they come from? What ethnicities ‘ cuisine have they always wanted to try, or don’t get enough of? Are they plant based? Do they have a Candida overgrowth? I love to lead the customer on a path of healthful decadence, within an appropriate budget. My favorite experience was a woman who couldn’t stomach the taste of salmon. She approached me at a cocktail party and told me that her boyfriend convinced her to try the Smoked Salmon Tartare. She couldn’t get enough of it. It broke a barrier and showed her new possibilities.
