Fresh gourmet food With a Hawaiian/Mediterranean Influence. I also teach private cooking classes with a full meal. I am very experienced with Maui and what's available (15 year resident). I can do raw and vegan upon request.

My lifelong love of cooking inspired me to start my own company, a personal and private chef service here on the island of Maui, Hawaii. I have been working for high-end clients for the past 10 years in Maui. Over the years I have been a personal chef for private families in the Washington, DC area, as well as taught classes to wives on Capitol Hill. I have cooked at an oceanfront restaurant in Maui and have clients from Oahu who come to me for cooking classes. I have hosted 8-course Christmas dinners, exotic French dinners, hired for a week for a family of 12, and have been hired for art gallery receptions and private dinners for people in their homes. In addition to special events. I am also available as a personal chef for local clients who have me cook on a weekly basis. I believe in fresh, delicious meals served with Aloha.
