I'm a professional chef with 15 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, personal chef and catering. I have traveled through Central, South America and California and learn the culinary secrets to create and mix Spanish ingredients and recipes to bring the best culinary experience to your table. I was born in Colombia and move to the US 18 years ago; I enjoy traveling to other countries and explore home cooking. I will personally hand select ingredients to exceed your expectations.
