I have been working in beach resorts for more than 10 years. Also, had been trained in french cuisine and in Michelin style service. I am a passionate chef with a very down to earth feeling about food. I like to offer my guests quality food of a fine dinning without the expensive tag of this service.

Polo in Indio
Our group from Edmonton Canada came to the Palm Springs area to enjoy some time at the Polo grounds. Our decision to use a Chef at our VRBO rental home instead of going out for dinner was not only a wise decision, but a decision that brought us Chef Julian; who was absolutely spectacular. From the Surf & Turf evening to our Italian evening, Chef Julian's spread was a hit for our entire party. If you're thinking of going out for dinners in the greater Palm Springs area while visiting that area, you should consider brinbg in Chef Julian. You will not be disappointed.

Chef Julian was awesome and affordable. He made sure that the one vegan in our party was able to have a great meal and desserts as well as the rest of our party. The food was excellent and we would do it again.
