I have very clean and organized cooking style. I like to have all my mise en place. I love to explain the technics and products to people that are not familiar. When I'm cooking in never in a bad mood!

Graduate from Colorado Mountain College Culinary Institute, Vail Colorado Campus. Since then I have been working professionally for about 6 years. Spreading the majority of it working for celebrity chefs on the Las Vegas strip. Starting as a line cook for Thomas Keller and jumping around to Bobby Flay, Mario Batali, and now I am a Sous Chef for Wolfgang Puck.
