I have a passion for quality ingredients and organic foods. From hand made pasta and sauces to fresh local vegetables. My area of expertise are Italian, Mexican and good old comfort foods. All of my dishes are prepared with meticulous attention to detail and flavor. The kitchen is the heart of the home, nothing is better than a meal cooked with passion and love.

I have spent 15+ years in the restaurant business, worked along side Michelin star chefs and James Beard award winners in the Chicagoland area. I spent 2 years as a personal chef and caterer.
