I have 17 years of restaurant experience that involves both kitchen and dining room management. This allows me to better interact with my guests on a personal level as well as cook up some mean food. I'm originally from New England so I love simple cooking but I've spent my time in Vegas working for some incredible chefs. I have experience in both fine dining and comfort cuisines.
