I am trained in culinary arts, baking and pastries. I grew up in Northern Nevada and went to school on the Oregon coast. I learned my love for food and the way and how to perfect my cooking along the way. I have done everything from International to special dietary needs. I've developed a great-tasting cookie that is gluten, dairy, soy, sugar cane, and egg free. I've worked in custom cake shops, high-pace restaurants, and fine dining. From small shops to working in the Bellagio.
