Passion comes in all shapes and sizes, I am The Little Chef!

I don't feel I have a main style because I enjoy all types of cuisines, but it seems I have continued to favor Italian and French cuisine most. I love beautiful food, but I also love rustic, comfort food. I'm not just a one note chef either, I can do the pastry side as well, although I am no 'Freeds Bakery'.

I went to The Art Institute in Los Angeles, CA in 2008, right out of high school; graduated from their culinary program in 2010. I worked at two restaurants in Cali, but eventually moved back home to Vegas to continue my career. So far I have had the opportunity to work at the Tropicana Hotel and The Aria Resort. I worked at two of Aria's best restaurants during my three years there. I recently moved away from hotel kitchens to try my hand at catering/ personal chef, so far so good.
