I'm passionate about bringing people together through the culinary experiences I had growing up in India.

My cooking style is focused on the experience the diners have and making the most of the ingredients. I love to preserve the traditional techniques and flavors I learnt while growing up in India.

I learnt most of what I know from my grandmother and the recipes I cook are family recipes I grew up eating at my home in Kolkata, India. I hosted sold-out pop-up dinners in San Francisco where I served a 5 course Indian meal with beverage pairings.
