Using modern techniques while still having a profound respect for the classics. From catering large banquets and weddings to small cocktail parties; private dinners to restaurant service; even teaching and tutoring on cooking. My style has always been diverse, inventive, precise and unique.

I have spent 12 years working for some of the best Chefs in Las Vegas, NV. Working from simple pub style restaurants, French Brasseries, Italian Restaurants, to 3 Michelin star Chefs. Being well rounded and diverse was an essential part of what shaped me into the chef I am today.
