I'm a Corporate Chef at the moment, running a kitchen of 28 staff members. I have been in the culinary industry for over 13 years. Aviation Chef for 7 years working with stars of Hollywood and Government Officals. I also had my own personal chef business for 2.5 years. I was born to be a Chef. I also love teaching food dishes.
