Hello, I’m Chef Ta' a Small town cook turned chef! I grew up cooking in my home but always wanted the opportunity to learn the techniques. After High school I attended Culinary School in Memphis, Tn & later traveled to other states cooking in “from-scratch “ kitchens gaining experience.
