Chef Mike is a Hollywood native Angeleno. He catered his first large event this past May 2021 for Undrgrnd Records/Magazine at an art venue called TheLab805 in Ventura, CA. He's been cooking for family, friends, & workers recreationally for many years, incorporating traditional ethnic family recipes passed on through generations.
