Born in New Orleans, raised in Latin America, college in Italy, vacation EVERYWHERE. I have created dishes since my first memories and have been lucky enough to travel the world to expand my knowledge of different cultures and their treasured cuisines. My experience cooking for discerning palates has pushed me to reach further every time I create a dish. I live for the reaction clients have when they try my food. I currently work as a private Chef and caterer and have 9 years of experience in the culinary industry. After receiving my undergrad degree I went to culinary school for one year before leaving to work full time at Restaurant 1789 in Washington DC. I advanced through the ranks and ended as the chef in charge of the private dining room where I cooked for then President Obama, the Clintons, Paul McCartney, Queen Noor and various other heads of state and celebrities.
