My cooking style is clean and wild at the same time. I push the limit and don't hold back from flavor and spices.

I took culinary in highschool for 2 years and I was a line cook for mangia from the age 15 to 17. I took classes at Johnson and whales university in the summers of my high school years and wanted to go to school for culinary there until I had my son my senior year of high school since then I have worked in restaurants as a cook and server and I love food and the art of culinary. I am a very good cook and no one has the recipes I do from my Hawaiian and Korean family.
