I'm a well experienced chef who can perform on numerous types of equipment from woodfired pizza oven to flat grill to cooking over an open flame. I come from a Carribean/West Indian background and well versed in traditional Jamaican foods. As any good chef, I am still educating myself on better skills and techniques as well as continuing to learn new recipes everyday. 5+ years in the culinary industry.
