I am Executive Chef with an extensive background in fine dining and international luxury Hotels and Resorts. I have been classically trained by a European Master Chef, then worked in various Michelin Star Restaurant in Germany and Switzerland. I have been an Executive Chef for large luxury Hotels and Resorts in Hawaii, Los Angeles, Miami and New Orleans.
