I have worked for several hotels, hospitals, restaurants, events and corporations. I graduated from the chefs academy in Indianapolis in top rank in my class but I originally learned to cook from my late grandfather who is from Como, Mississippi (real experience). I specialize in Caribbean cuisines and soul food plus a little fusion. I also have experience in nutrition and workout regiments.
