Simple but powerful and good flavors to make and can always work with what you give me if you want a specific recipe for a dinner. I also consider myself more american but like to give any type of twist on the cuisine.

I have been cooking for over 5 plus years and want to share my skills with the world. I have gone to culinary school and I have been in catering, prep, line, saute, grill, pizza, expo, you almost all positions except for managing. I also do still work as a chef at a bowling alley serving simple food and also cater to always have great range when it comes to my cooking.
