I love to cook and it shows ! Usually healthy ingridence and cooking method applied to creative sunny recipes I deliver delicious , fun meals that match the of fine dining , yet will surprise you and lift your spirit , My style is the combination of Caribbean cooking from my native Grenada , with Indian Creale , and Jewish influences , While selectively drawing on the best of European art of cooking !!

I was born to cook ,but got inspiration from my mother's amazing cooking . When I grew up we didn't have much , but she thought me how to prepare simple , yet delicious meals using the flavorful vegetables , ripe fruits , and multiple herbs and fresh meat from our garden and the lush countryside around.she did it so well and with so much love !After studying home economics and professional cooking , Istarted at high chef in St David's Grenada , then at a resort on beautiful Grand-Anse beach In the Caribbean , perfecting many country dishes that I grew up making with my mom . When I came to America , I studied with passion for four years and graduated from the Star- Career Academy . I have worked as a private chef and special events caterer for several families , including for the same Jewish family for the pass twenty five years .
