Classically French trained with heavy influences from Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Carribbean. I focus on healthy, organic foods when designing meal plans for any restrictive diets. I have experience with Kosher, paleo, keto, elimination, and vegan.

After 22 years in the restaurant industry, I decided to pursue my private chef career and become self employed in January 2017.
